My password manager blocks me from logging in

Password managers are useful tools to help you log into websites but sometimes cause problems with your browser, these browser issues in-turn affect your ability to log in successfully into websites on your computer. This article is designed to help you troubleshoot problems with your password manager which are blocking up from logging into DNA Behavior.

  1. Disable the auto-log in functionality with your password manager.
Disabling the auto-log in functionality with your password manager helps you isolate the problem. If you are able to log into DNA Behavior correctly, your account username and password are correct and DNA Behavior is functioning correctly, if this is the case, continue following the steps below to help you get your problem resolved.
  1. Do you have more than one password manager installed on your computer?
    Password managers often conflict with one another as they attempt to log you automatically into websites. A key first step is to ensure that only 1 password manager is running in your browser.
  1. Do you have the passwords stored in your browser that could be causing problems?
Chrome, Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers store passwords. Review if your browser is storing passwords that could be conflicting with your password manager.
