As of April 7, 2017 the Learned Behavior Discovery is the new recommended process to identify the "Learned Behavior" of investor clients. Prior to April 7, 2017 the Financial Personality Discovery Process and Financial Performance Report were used to identify these behaviors. Click here to see the current list of all discovery processes and reports recommended for investors.

The Discovery Process:
The Learned Behavior questionnaire is a 15-question process that takes 10-minutes for clients to complete. The process can be taken on any device, at any time. Below is a screenshot of the questionnaire.
Please note: that we do no longer have a manual form for this questionnaire. There are several questions throughout this process that require multiple steps, and therefore this is available online only.

The Report:
Following the completion of this discovery process, investors can be provided with a report title "Learned Behavior Summary Report". This report highlights the how an investors instincts for investing have changed overtime.

Answers chosen by the clients:
Many insights can be gathered by reviewing the client's individual answers to the questions. For this reason, we make the client's responses available for excel download via the Admin System on the Client's Detail Page. Below is a screenshot of where to access this download:
