Change Group Administrator for your Group

If the Group Administrator for your company has changed:

Option 1: (If the previous administrator is available to request the change)
Send an email from the previous group administrator's email inbox requesting for the group administrator rights to be changed to the new group administrator. Include the following with your request:
1. Name of your Group or Company
2. Name of individual to be made a Group Administrator
3. Email address of individual to be made a Group Administrator

Option 2: (If the previous administrator is no longer employed at your company)
DNA Behavior support can help! First, for security purposes, we need to verify your request using details regarding your DNA Behavior account. Use the "Email Us" form to the right of this site and provide us with the following information:
‚Äč1. Name of your Group or Company
2. The email address and name of the Group Administrator you want to be the new Group Administrator (this person must be an existing Client in your Group)
3. The last four digits of your credit card on file or last invoice number provided to your firm.
4. The amount of the last DNA Behavior charge against that card or invoice.
5. The billing address for your company.
Once we receive that information, we'll make the change to your Group Administrator account for you.
