NOTE: If your clients manually complete the process using this form, ensure that 1 MOST and 1 LEAST like response is provided for each question.
Once the manual form is completed, process the responses from your clients by following the below steps:
- Create the client using the Create New Client screen. Click here for instructions.
- When scheduling, choose the email option: "Send emails to" and choose to send the emails to an administrator's email address, rather than the client. Also, check the box: "Also send completion email to this email address".
- Once you have scheduled the client for the process, you will receive the invitation email (rather than your client) in your administrator's inbox containing the log in details.
- Follow the steps provided in the email you received to log in as the client and then transpose the responses the client provided into the system for them.
