Resend an invitation to a client

If a participant did not receive (or has misplaced) their original invitation email, the DNA Platform has a resend invitation email feature to help.

Before following the below steps, first have your client check their junk mail or try an alternative email address. For security purposes, the client’s password is reset each time this feature is used. Therefore, the client will receive a different password in a resent invitation email than was originally sent to them in the first invitation email, this can lead to confusion for the client, therefore, this feature is intended only to be used when the original invitation email was not received by the client.

If you still wish to proceed with resending the invitation email to your client, follow the below steps:
  1. Locate a client within your client list
  2. Select the client’s Client ID, this will direct you to the Client Detail Page
  3. Next, click on the link called "Resend Invitation" located in the Quick Links menu

The email contents of a resent invitation email are based on the customized email settings for your group.

Do you need to resend an invitation to a client that has more than one process scheduled?
If your client has more than one discovery process scheduled and you wish to resend the invite to him / her, use the same feature and process listed above, as it is not necessary to repeat this process more than once. The invitation email that is sent to the client in this process will contain a log in link, the client's username, and a temporary password. Once your client logs into his / her account, they will see all of the processes scheduled for him / her on their My DNA page.
