Schedule new assessment for existing participants

After participants have been initially added to the system, additional discovery processes can be added to their account.
This process is recommended for both clients that wish to take new discovery processes and to retake processes they have previously completed. 

To schedule a new assessment, a group administrator account is required. If you are a participant of a process and wish to retake your assessment, contact your group administrator and request for them to schedule you a new process using the below method: 
  1. Visit the client detail page for the client you wish to be scheduled for a process. 
  2. Select the green button labeled "Click to schedule" on the client detail page.
  3. Select the desired discovery process and reports for which you wish for the client to receive. 
In the below example, the client will be scheduled for the Communication DNA process and the client will receive the Communication DNA Consumer Report upon completion and the account is not billed a transaction fee because this transaction is covered under the unlimited package that the user has.

How is the client notified of the new process? 
By default, emails are not sent to the clients from this page. 
If you wish for your client to receive an email notifying him or her that a new process has been added to their account, use the email options on this page.
Note: For system security reasons, the client’s password is only sent to them once from inside the original invitation email. The client’s password will not be included on any emails sent from this page. If you or your client do not have access to the password, use the reset password feature to the left of this screen.
