Scheduling new discovery processes

  1. Click on Quick link option “Create New Client” or click here.
  2. Fill out the client's name, language, and select the desired group for the client. 
  3. Next, type and confirm the client's email address. 
  4. Next, if you want us to send the invitation email in a special manner, choose the appropriate email option: 
    1. CC email: will send the email invitation email to the client and copy (CC) the email option email address provided. 
    2. Send email to: will not send any emails to the client and will only send an email to the email option email address provided.
  5. Click “Add Client and Schedule”.
  6. Choose the Discovery Process system from the dropdown box then choose the report you would like to provide.
  7. Click the arrows going to the right if you like to include the report, and arrows to the left to remove the report.
    1. All reports that are selected on this page will be provided to the client and to the administrator for viewing by default. 
  8. Click “Add Process”.
  9. And click “Submit.”
