Troubleshooting failed log in attempts

First, prior to resetting a password, check the Locked / Unlocked status on a client's detail page. If there are 4 consecutive incorrect password attempts the system will lock your account. A group administrator is required to log in and unlock the account before it can be used once again. If the password is reset by a group administrator or through the forgot password wizard, the system will automatically unlock a client's account. 



There are two places where a password can be reset.
  • Resetting a password, using the Quick Link called "reset password" on a particular client's detail page. 
  • Using the forgot password wizard on the homepage.
