System and report languages

Last Updated: Apr 07, 2019 03:51PM EDT
The participant screens and questionnaires of the system are available in several different languages. All of the reports and languages are available in US English. Therefore, if your client is scheduled for a discovery process or provided a report that is not available in their desired language, the system will direct him or her to complete the process in US English.

To change the default language for a user:
Group Administrators can change the default language of clients. To do this, follow the below steps:
  1. Select the “Clients” tab after logging in.
  2. Select the Client ID for the client you wish to modify.
  3. Once on a particular Client’s Page, select the Edit Client link on the Client’s Quick Link menu on the left hand side of the page.
  4. On the Edit Client screen, modify and save the language in the “Default Language” field.

See the list below to identify the availability of languages by discovery process and report:

Communication DNA:
Note: An X denotes the availability of a report in a given language.

Natural Behavior:

Note: An X denotes the availability of a report in a given language.

If there is a particular language that you are not seeing in the above list and you have a specific project requiring access to a new language, send an email to with details on your project or requirements and the volume of participants which will be included. We review our language availability often, and can add new languages as needed for projects with reasonable levels of volume.

Please take note the Self-registration page can be translated, but if the questionnaire is not available in the preferred language, there will be a prompt to take it in English (US) after registering.
The default language of a customer's profile or account can also be changed to 9 different languages, but the language availability for the report and questionnaire will be based on the table above. We highly suggest utilizing language translating tools such as Google Translate or the like, if needed.
