Request refunds for A la Carte accounts and Reconciliations

If you feel that that the DNA systems or processes have incorrectly charged you and you are owed a refund for your purchase, please send an email to support@dnabehavior.com including the following details:
 
  • Your system username:
  • Date of Issue:
  • Description of issue:     
  • Client ID pertaining to refund:    
  • Group ID pertaining to refund: 
  • Link to the specific report or log you were related to this charge:
  • Amount of refund (in credits or dollars):    

We review each request on a one-by-one basis and will reply by email to confirm if and when the refund has been applied to your account.
