To purchase additional reports for a particular client, follow the steps below:
- Select the “Clients” tab after logging in.- Identify the client’s page you wish to edit the reports for and click on their ID number to arrive on the client’s detail page.
- Once on a particular Client’s Page, select “View and Edit Report Access”.
- Select “Upgrade Client Report(s) in the right most column labeled “Additional Reports Available for Purchase”.
- Select the reports to purchase, place them in the box to the right.
- Select Add Reports.
- After the reports are purchased, they will be available int the report drop down menu on the client detail page.
Managing which reports a participant can view on their account:
Use the following steps to manage which reports a participant can view on their account, when logged in with their own username.
- Use the steps mentioned above to locate the particular client you wish to edit.
- Select the button View and Edit Report Access.
- Select the option “Manage Client’s Report(s)”.
- On the following page, check the box next to each report that you wish for the participant to access.
- Select Save
