Purchase Additional Reports for Participants

Purchasing new or additional reports for discovery participants requires either Credits or a Current Subscription Package (for unlimited usage). 

To purchase additional reports for a particular client, follow the steps below:
  1. Select the “Clients” tab after logging in.- Identify the client’s page you wish to edit the reports for and click on their ID number to arrive on the client’s detail page. 
  2. Once on a particular Client’s Page, select “View and Edit Report Access”.
  3. Select “Upgrade Client Report(s) in the right most column labeled “Additional Reports Available for Purchase”.
  4. Select the reports to purchase, place them in the box to the right.
  5. Select Add Reports.
  6. After the reports are purchased, they will be available int the report drop down menu on the client detail page. 
Note: By default, reports that you purchase are not available for your clients to view within their own account.

Managing which reports a participant can view on their account: 
Use the following steps to manage which reports a participant can view on their account, when logged in with their own username.
 
  1. Use the steps mentioned above to locate the particular client you wish to edit. 
  2. Select the button View and Edit Report Access.
  3. Select the option “Manage Client’s Report(s)”.
  4. On the following page, check the box next to each report that you wish for the participant to access.
  5. Select Save
